Inclusive Naming Initiative

I co-founded the Inclusive Naming Initiative with the goal of removing harmful, racist and sexist language from codebases, and reaching quorum on the replacement terms.

I ran two workstreams: Language and Open Source.

I am heavily involved in the Kubernetes community as a result of my work with the Linux Foundation. I have been an approver for SIG Docs since June 2020, founded the naming working group, and currently serve as a member of the Code of Conduct Committee as an individual contributor.
